Resident responsibilities
Residents should review these expectations carefully with management before move-in and throughout their stay.
Residents are contractually obliged to maintain active participation in a recovery program, including, but not limited to, attendance at meetings, sponsorship, and fellowship activities.
The use or possession of mind-altering drugs or drug paraphernalia is strictly forbidden. Violation results in immediate dismissal with no refund.
All residents must maintain gainful employment during their stay.

Residents share responsibility for the upkeep and cleanliness of common areas and common household items. Weekly chore assignments are mandatory.
Assigned chores must be completed within the specified time frame. Failure results in a monetary fine.
If you plan to be out of the house overnight, house management should be notified, and all contractual obligations must be fulfilled.
No alterations or appliance use in bedrooms without management consent. Unauthorized changes may result in charges or lease termination.
Theft, violence, unlawful behavior, or any inappropriate conduct, as determined by management, leads to dismissal.
Guests must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Overnight guests require house and management approval.
Smoking inside is prohibited. Improper disposal of cigarette waste may result in fines or dismissal.
Residents who have an aftercare program as part of their recovery plan are contractually required to remain active in that program at least once a week.

Management may check the state of rooms to maintain safety and adherence to house rules.
